Eddie MacDonald
Chief Executive Officer

Eddie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School. Eddie’s career has taken him to several leading companies such as BP, Mattel and more recently to the Colorado Group where he held positions as General Manager Footwear and Chief Operating Officer. Eddie joined Super A-Mart in 2007.

Mark Chapman
General Manager Information Services & Logistics

Mark Chapman joined Super A-Mart in late 2007 and brings with him a wealth of IT and project management knowledge. Mark has worked in the I.T. industry for the last 18 years. Most of this time has been spent consulting and working for national retail and wholesale organisations. This has included such companies as MM Electrical Merchandising, Speeds Shoes, Clarks Shoes, Pacific Dunlop, Jeans West and most recently 5 years at the Colorado group as CIO.

Jamie McDougall
General Manager Marketing

Jamie McDougall joined Super A-Mart in April 2002 after over a decade in network television. His extensive background and expertise in all facets of commercial production, television programming, advertising and sales, made him a valuable addition to the Super A-Mart team. At Super A-Mart Jamie is responsible for the Advertising and Marketing of the Company. This involves the planning and production of Super A-Mart´s aggressive and extensive television, print and radio advertising campaigns. Apart from developing Super A-Mart´s "high volume" advertising strategy, Jamie´s other career achievements include working on the 3 Tenors Concert at the M.C.G. in 1996, producing Television Specials and Directing news bulletins for the WIN Television network.

Tishara Mina
General Manager Sales & Operations

Tishara Mina is Super A-Mart’s General Manager Sales and Operations and commenced with the company in 2008. Tishara is a graduate of the University of Queensland and is a retailer with a sales and HR speciality something that is vital in a retail business today. Tishara has led the Sales teams at Terry White Chemists, Myer and The Colorado Group and has had extensive operational and HR experience with 20 years in retail management within the Sales, Operations and HR functions.

Casey Moore
General Manager Buying

Casey Moore is Super A-Mart’s General Manager – Buying. Casey has worked with Super A-Mart for over 15 years and in this time has worked in numerous roles within the business. Casey started at the store level working his way from despatch, to sales and eventually into store management where he successfully managed and opened a number of the now successful Super A-Mart stores. Whilst in stores Casey’s passion for the product was realised as he became heavily involved in the buying decisions for the business . This led him to his role as Buyer in 2008 where he purchased product for the largest part of our business – upholstery. Casey’s appointment to the general manager role allows him to use his store based knowledge, his passion of the product and his skills in product management to advance the Super A-Mart buying team.

Patrick Rogers
General Counsel & Company Secretary

Pat graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a degree in Business (accounting) and Laws and has been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. In May 2004 he joined Super A-Mart and in addition to his current role of General Counsel and Company Secretary has held the position of Group Financial Controller. Before joining Super A-Mart Pat worked in private practice for 8 years in the fields of accounting and law, with his areas of speciality being property, taxation and commercial transaction work. Pat is an integral part of the Super A-Mart management team and his strengths in the legal and commercial areas of the business are invaluable to the future of the business.

Nik Wyman
Chief Financial Officer

Nik Wyman holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a CPA. Nik joined Super A-Mart in 2009 following on from similar private equity roles with Mrs Crockets Kitchens and Paradise Food Industries. Previously Nik spent 6 years with Aristocrat Technologies and 13 years with Smorgon Steel Group in both Australia and overseas. Nik has over 20 years experience in senior finance roles as well as having managed operations at supply chain focused businesses.
